So here's how it works: We used to spend about 50% of our day at the post office, and that just didn't leave enough time for making our products and designing new ones. We now use the best fulfillment center we could find to handle our shipping. A fulfillment center's only job is to ship things- they ship a lot of things for a lot of people, so they're really good at it (plus they get better rates and send out the fancy emails with tracking for us). We make our stuff and hand it off to them. They pack it up safely and send it to you.
We got requests for handmade quality and Amazon speed, and this is as close as we can get!
Because of this, in-stock orders get sent out really fast...same business day if placed by noon EST, next day if after noon. Usually it's before we have time to check email. Please make sure all of your order details are correct before hitting that BUY button, because we might not have the time to make changes before orders ship. Now, on to the fine print:
Due to the nature of Corter products, all sales are final.
Craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are available at a minimal charge, please contact for more info.
Because every device screen is calibrated differently, exact color can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
Monograming and personalization can not be accommodated due to order volume.
“Out of Stock” items will be restocked as soon as possible.
Shipping & Handling
Usually our stock orders ship in 5-7 business days, and 3 weeks for made-to-order items to ship. Made-to-order items will be labeled in the product description.
Once in a while we'll be super busy, and lead times can be a bit longer on all orders. This usually occurs around holidays and back-to-school season. We make everything by hand, and we appreciate your patience.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email upon shipment.
Orders ship USPS 1st Class with tracking and insurance. International orders ship USPS 1st Class International without tracking. Please send an email before placing an order with any special shipping requests.
Shipping costs and credit card/paypal fees are non-refundable.
